Roof Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Roof & Root and go to More → Settings → Account & family sharing.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account….
- Confirm. Your account is removed right away.
By email
If you can't get into the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email and password) and your account record.
- Every household where you were the only member — its home, cars, family and pet profiles, reminders, notes, calendar, shopping lists, and all stored photos and documents.
- Invite codes you created.
What stays
- If you share a household with other people, the shared household stays for them; ownership passes to another member and your name is removed from it.
- Anything already on your phone stays on your phone until you delete the app. Use Settings → Export first if you want a copy.
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancel Roof & Root Plus in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting your account does not cancel billing.
